You're responsible for the security of your account credentials. FleetOps monitors the groups you connect — you are responsible for obtaining the consent of group members before connecting a group.
FleetOps is billed per truck, not per user. Pricing is $29.99/truck/month for the Starter plan and $99.99/truck/month for Pro (coming soon). Payments are processed securely — you can cancel anytime from your FleetOps account. No long-term contracts.
Our classification engine uses DeepSeek AI to analyze driver messages. While we strive for high accuracy, AI classification is not perfect. FleetOps is a monitoring tool — it does not replace human judgment. Always verify critical alerts with your driver.
FleetOps runs on modern cloud infrastructure with automated recovery. If an issue affects your fleet monitoring, we'll restore service as quickly as possible. FleetOps is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
You can cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. On cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days.
