What We Collect

FleetOps collects messages sent in your connected trucking groups (Telegram, Web Chat). This includes text messages from drivers, dispatchers, and other group members. We collect this data solely to monitor your fleet — classify events like breakdowns, delays, and repairs — and deliver real-time alerts to your FleetOps dashboard.

How We Process Messages

Messages are processed by the FleetOps AI engine, powered by DeepSeek. The AI classifies each message into categories like Breakdown, Maintenance, Delay, and Driver Update — no humans read your group messages unless you grant access. Classification results are stored in your fleet dashboard and delivered to you in real time.

Third-Party Services

FleetOps uses the following third-party services to operate:

• DeepSeek — AI classification engine. Driver messages are sent to DeepSeek's API for classification only. DeepSeek does not store or train on your data per their API terms.
• Telegram — Bot messaging platform. Group messages are read by our bot via Telegram's Bot API.
• Stripe — When billing is active, your payment information is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Data Retention

Your fleet messages and classified events are stored for the duration of your subscription. Cancel your account and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Your Data Belongs to You

FleetOps does not sell, rent, or share your fleet data with any third party beyond the processing services listed above. You own your data. You can export it or delete it at any time.
